Paint Color Changes

It is a fact. Updating paint colors is one of the least expensive things one can do in order to sell a home. This is true of small and large homes alike. Last month, a South Tulsa couple, Bob and Loretta Yandien, reached out to WhiteTree Company to update paint colors in their home. They chose a beautiful “Greige” color from Sherman Williams. The paint colors that had were very nice, a simple off white with butter tones. Yet, when they invested a little more into the house, it became eye popping!

After nine months on the luxury market, the paint change set them up with an offer in approximately three weeks. The deal closed this spring.
